Aviators Management Academy Online Cabin Crew Program Policy Document

Aviators Management Academy is committed to providing a comprehensive and professional online cabin crew training program. This policy document outlines the terms and conditions that applicants must agree to before completing their application

1. Physical Requirements
- Minimum height: 155 cm (5 feet 1 inch) without shoes
- Minimum weight: Proportionate to height, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30
- Applicants must meet these physical requirements to ensure they can perform the duties of a cabin crew member safely and effectively.
- ⁠No visible tattoos and body piercing

2. Medical Fitness
- Applicants must be in good physical and mental health to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.
- Applicants with any medical conditions that may impact their ability to perform their duties will be required to provide medical clearance.

3. Safety and Security
- Applicants must not have any history of serious offenses or crimes that may impact their suitability for a role in aviation.
- During ground training, applicants will be subject to security checks, and any dangerous items found on them will result in automatic disqualification from the program.

4. Online Training Requirements
- Applicants must have a reliable internet connection and suitable technology to participate in online training sessions.
- Applicants are expected to participate fully in online training sessions and complete all assessments and evaluations to the best of their ability.

5. Code of Conduct
- Applicants are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the program.
- Applicants must respect their peers, instructors, and staff, and refrain from any behavior that may be considered harassment, bullying, or discriminatory.

6. Certification and Employment
- Upon successful completion of the program, applicants will receive a certification.
- Aviators Management Academy will offer guarantee employment based on availability upon completion of the program.

7. Data Protection
- Aviators Management Academy is committed to protecting the personal data of its applicants.
- Applicants' personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with relevant data protection regulations.

8. Upon successful completion of the program and obtained cabin crew abnitio licence from the civil aviation authority, applicants will be bonded upon placement for 2 years

9. Termination
- Aviators Management Academy reserves the right to terminate an applicant's enrollment in the program if they fail to meet the terms and conditions outlined in this policy document
